Repairs will meet Industry Standards outlined by both AAMA and ASTM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to work beginning. Any claim that the repair does not meet industry standards must be made within 30 days of completion of any repair. If we are not able to meet industry standards, and that was not agreed upon as a possibility in writing prior to work beginning, once the glass is replaced, the customer must provide proof the glass was replaced. Once the proof of replacement is received, South Bay ClearVue will issue a refund for that surface within 30 days of receipt of proof of replacement. This guarantee is void and forfeited if any work is performed on the glass (including, but not limited to, window washing, installation of protective film/covering, etc.) at any time after the repair is completed, by anyone other than South Bay ClearVue.
