I spoke to a few glass repair companies before deciding on South Bay ClearVue. Both Emily and Eric were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by their knowledge of the types of scratches and removal processes. Both were very flexible with scheduling and Eric came to our house with his equipment. He did a really excellent job removing all of the superficial and deeper scratches in a unique glass coffee table. Given their professionalism, very high quality work, and reasonable prices, I would highly recommend South Bay ClearVue!

As has been the case since I first began using South Bay ClearVue when I was in commercial real estate, they did a terrific job. Honest, reliable, communicative.
Thank you!

Excellent service, these guys are busy but once you are booked they will be there like clockwork. They have been able to confirm feasibility via picture several problems, and all were fixed completely. Very knowledgeable and perfect execution every time. Glass repair is not cheap, but it's often a tiny fraction of the replacement cost.

I highly recommend this company. I had them come by to fix a scratch on a mirror. The assessment was that trying to fix it would very likely cause more damage so we mutually agreed to do nothing.

Although they couldn’t fix our problem, I very much appreciate the assessment.

Working with South Bay ClearVue was so easy and professional. The personal kindness, generosity, and care that Eric and Emily invest in communications was refreshing, and the shiny results are amazing! I was grateful for the quick turn-around and very reasonable pricing, a much less expensive and more sustainable option than buying a replacement glass dome for our underwater ocean webcam. It's important that we have no scratches marring our daily livestream of the Zoe - Living Sea Sculpture coral restoration project in Cozumel, Mexico. I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend!! Thank you Glass Scratch Repair - South Bay ClearVue! I sent Emily a million emails asking the same number of questions; she was so patient. Eric came by to see the glass in person - he is a nice down to earth guy who's very easy going. On the day he came to do the scratch removal on a removable glass countertop - he came early, got set up in the back parking lot and then let me know he was ready to start working.
I was worried the scratch removal process would be long, inconvenient, and messy. They made the whole experience run so smoothly - I would even say quick and painless.
Absolute pleasure to work with!

We are a General Contractor and we have used Glass Scratch Repair South Bay ClearVue on two different jobs. First job was to remove a very deep scratch on a frameless glass interior wall that got damaged during the install. Second job was removing water spots from two sections of exterior windows where a sprinkler was hitting them for years. On both jobs the work quality was top notch and the problems were removed. We were very happy with the end results and the repairs made it so we did not have to replace the windows. From the initial contact, to bidding the jobs, and performing the work the communication was great and the company was very easy to work with.
